Making Coffee/Tea

1. Ensure the percolator is clean and assembled correctly.
2. Fill the stainless steel tank with cold water. Use the fill level indicator for guidance. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
3. Add ground coffee (medium to coarse grind recommended) or tea leaves to the permanent stainless steel filter basket. Do not overfill the filter.
4. Place the lid securely on the percolator and engage the locking mechanism.
5. Plug the percolator into a grounded electrical outlet.
6. Set the desired temperature using the adjustable thermostat knob (30°C to 110°C). For coffee, a temperature between 90°C and 96°C is generally recommended.
