4. સેટઅપ

Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Retain packaging materials for future storage or transport.

• Place the grinder on a dry, level surface.
• Ensure the grind container is properly seated in its designated slot.
• Align the bean hopper with the top of the grinder and twist clockwise until it locks into place.
• Place the hopper lid securely on top of the bean hopper.

Remove the hopper lid and pour whole roasted coffee beans into the hopper. The hopper can hold up to 10 ounces of coffee beans. Replace the lid securely.

5.2 Adjusting Grind Size

The grinder features 70 precise grind settings. Turn the Grind Size Selector to choose your desired fineness:

• Fine Settings (1-10): Ideal for Espresso.
• Medium Settings (11-30): Suitable for Drip Coffee and Pour Over.

It is recommended to adjust the grind size while the grinder is running or empty to prevent burr damage.

5.3 Setting Grind Time/Dosing

Use the Grind Time/Cups/Shots Selector to set the desired grinding duration or number of servings. The Automatic Smart Dosing Technology will adjust grind time to deliver the proper volume and consistency for your selected grind size.

For direct grinding into a portafilter, select the appropriate portafilter holder (54mm or 58mm) and insert it into the grinding area. Place your portafilter into the holder before starting the grind cycle.

6.1 Cleaning Burrs

6.2 Cleaning Bean Hopper and Grind Container

The bean hopper and grind container can be washed with warm, soapy water. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling. The grind container features anti-static properties to minimize mess.
