PITT Cooking support FAQ
આ બ્રાન્ડ માટે માર્ગદર્શિકાઓ, નોંધણી અને સમર્થન વિશે સામાન્ય પ્રશ્નો.
-
What should I do if my PITT Cooking gas burner does not ignite?
Check if the gas supply is connected and turned on. Ensure all burner components are clean, free of moisture, and positioned correctly. Also, replace the AA battery located on the underside if the electronic spark ignition is not functioning.
-
Can PITT Cooking systems be installed in a solid wood countertop?
No. PITT Cooking should never be installed into solid wood or benchtops with an HPL top layer. Approved materials include quartz, natural stone, glass, concrete, ceramics, compact panel, terrazzo, and stainless steel.
-
How do I prevent my worktop from cracking near the cooktop inserts?
Ensure the inside of the worktop cutouts are completely smooth, as irregularities can cause cracking. Your worktop must be fully supported by the included PITT Cooking support bars, and a minimum gap of 3 mm must be left between the worktop and walls to allow for material expansion.
-
Are PITT Cooking burners safe for outdoor installation?
Yes, PITT Cooking offers specific Outdoor sets (configured as Type A, B, or C) that safely integrate the burners outdoors. These sets include dedicated weather-resistant top covers and windshields to protect the system during and after use.
-
How are PITT Cooking gas systems powered?
The burners require a standard gas connection (Natural Gas or LPG). For the electronic ignition, the system runs on a high-grade 1.5V DC AA battery or a 230V electrical connection, depending on the exact model.
