You can reset the gateway using a paperclip and the Reset port located on the back of the device. Press and hold the paperclip in the port for 5 seconds until the LCD shows 'Factory reset in progress'.
Ensure your device is connected to the gateway's network, open a web browser, and enter http://192.168.12.1. If you cannot access it, check your connection or use the T-Mobile Internet mobile app.
Briefly press the power button on your mobile hotspot while the screen is on to cycle through the information. The screen will display the Wi-Fi name (SSID) and the Password.
Solid White indicates booting up; Solid Green indicates a good connection; Solid Yellow indicates a poor connection; and Solid Red means there is no Wi-Fi connection.
