RS-485 કનેક્શન
The RS-485 Connection point is located on the side of the variable speed drive and should be connected to the MOD BUS controller by a cable connector assembly (only the connector without cable is provided) as in the figure below.

Making the RS-485 cable connector assembly:
Disassemble the female connector and locate the pin numbers on the base. Prepare one Pair 22 unshielded twisted Paired Cable RS 485. The length depends on the PU MP distance from the MOD BUS controller which should not be more than 100m. Solder pin 1 for A and pin 2 for B respectively which corresponds to the Pump MOSBUS controller RS485 output pin configuration. Reassemble the connector and plug into the RS485 socket on the variable speed pump.

ચેતવણી: Tighten/ untighten the pump Lid by hand only

પ્રાઇમિંગ પંપ 

1. પંપ બંધ કરો
2. સક્શન અને ડિસ્ચાર્જ પાઈપોમાં તમામ વાલ્વ બંધ કરો.
3. ફિલ્ટર અને પાઇપિંગ સિસ્ટમ (ફિલ્ટર એર રિલિફ વાલ્વમાંથી) થી હવાનું દબાણ છોડો.
4. પંપનું ઢાંકણું દૂર કરો અને પંપ સ્ટ્રેનર પોટને પાણીથી ભરો.

8. When water comes out of the air relief valve on the filter, close the air relief valve. The pump has primed.

ટિપ્પણી: Priming which can take up to fourteen (14) minutes at 10ft (3m) vertical life of 1.5″ inlet piping. Priming will depend on vertical length of suction lift and horizontal length of suction pipe. If the pump does not prime within 14 minutes, stop the pump and check for a suction leak. Then, repeat procedure 1-7.

પ્રિમિંગ
Priming is the process of running the pump and generating suction in the pump, pipe, and filter to push pool water circulation. The priming function is to run the pump at a speed higher to generate higher suction in the system to improve the priming process. During the pump starts to run 1) the Priming function is enabled, and 2) the priming speed is higher than the pump preset speed, the pump will run priming according to the priming feature preset.

• On/off- activate/ deactivate the function

નો-ફ્લો

Freeze protection is a function during low temperatures before freezing, keep water in the piping running to prevent freeze. Water freezing in the pipe will destroy the pipe and cause leakage.

RS485
The pump is equipped with an RS485 communication interface for an external automation controller. It is not for domestic user access purposes. It is an always-ready interface for external automation control. The pin assignment is 1 = A and 2= B. The waterproof connector type is SP1310 4pins. ETV’s RS485 is pure data communication without SV power supply output.  Contact your dealer for the MODBUS programming manual, if you are a system integrator.

Wi-Fi
The pump can be connected to your mobile device over the Internet, which is outside your home network. You can download the Apps “Smart Life” from the Apps Store or Google Play. Follow the on-screen instructions (start at page 7)to set up and operate the pump over the internet.

શેડ્યૂલ નીતિ

• પ્રોગ્રામ કરેલ શેડ્યૂલ પ્રાયોરિટી શેડ્યૂલ 1 > શેડ્યૂલ 2 > શેડ્યૂલ 3 > શેડ્યૂલ 4.
• જો સમાન સમયગાળામાં 1 થી વધુ શેડ્યૂલ સક્ષમ હોય, તો નિયંત્રક ફક્ત ઉચ્ચતમ અગ્રતા શેડ્યૂલ અને ઝડપ સાથે કાર્ય કરશે. અનુરૂપ સંકેત લાઇટ ચાલુ થશે.
• જો બધા સમયપત્રક તેમના પૂર્વ-નિર્ધારિત સમય અનુસાર પૂર્ણ થાય, તો નિયંત્રક શેડ્યૂલ સેટ કરતા પહેલા સ્થિતિમાં પાછા આવશે.
• When one of the programmed schedules is running and before the schedule ends. Any operation such as Start / Stop, speed adjustment by “V” Sl-S4, and any change by external RS485 MODUS. The schedule timer and speed will be resumed when it is started over by pressing the Start/ Stop to run again.

ફેક્ટરી રીસેટ

ભૂલ

When the pump is not working, an error code will be shown on the controller display. E.g. “OV”. Press the “Start/Stop” button to restore the controller. The common error codes are the following:

UV	અંડર-વોલ્યુમtage: the main electric current is too low.	–  આસપાસનું તાપમાન ખૂબ ઊંચું છે. –  Supply voltage વધઘટ ખૂબ મોટી છે.
OH	ઓવરહિટીંગ: મોટર હીટ સિંક વધુ ગરમ થાય છે.	–  આસપાસનું તાપમાન ખૂબ ઊંચું છે. –  મોટર કૂલિંગ પંખો નથી કરતું કામ
NF	કોઈ પ્રવાહ નથી: કોઈ પાણીનો પ્રવાહ શોધાયેલ નથી.	- જો પાણીનો પ્રવાહ ન હોય તો મિકેનિકલ સીલને નુકસાન થઈ શકે છે.
SVRS	સલામતી શૂન્યાવકાશ પ્રકાશન સિસ્ટમ.	– To prevent entrapment or injury in સ્વિમિંગ પૂલ
LR	તાળું Rotor: A locked rotor condition occurs જ્યારે the motor’s rotor.	– મોટર સ્ટોક છે.

જ્યારે ભૂલ મળી આવે, ત્યારે ભૂલનો સ્ત્રોત તપાસો "કારણ" નો સંદર્ભ લો, તેને ઠીક કરો અને "સ્ટાર્ટ/સ્ટોપ" બટન દબાવીને મેન્યુઅલ રીસેટ ચલાવો અથવા પાવરને ડિસ્કનેક્ટ કરીને પાવર અપ રીસેટ ચલાવો અને ઓછામાં ઓછી 60 સેકંડ રાહ જુઓ. જો ભૂલ ચાલુ રહે છે, તો તમારી Emaux તકનીકી સેવાનો સંપર્ક કરો.

રૂટિન જાળવણી

માત્ર નિયમિત જાળવણીની જરૂર છે તે ટ્રેપ બાસ્કેટનું નિરીક્ષણ/સફાઈ છે. ટોપલીમાં ભેગો થયેલો કચરો અથવા કચરો પંપ દ્વારા પાણીના પ્રવાહને બંધ કરી દેશે. જાળ સાફ કરવા માટે નીચેની સૂચનાઓને અનુસરો:

1. પંપ બંધ કરો, સક્શન અને ડિસ્ચાર્જમાં ગેટ વાલ્વ બંધ કરો અને આગળ વધતા પહેલા સિસ્ટમમાંથી તમામ દબાણ મુક્ત કરો.
2. ટ્રેપનું ઢાંકણું ખોલો (ઘડિયાળની દિશામાં વળો).
3. સ્ટ્રેનર ટોપલી દૂર કરો અને સાફ કરો. ખાતરી કરો કે બાસ્કેટના તમામ છિદ્રો સ્પષ્ટ છે, બાસ્કેટને પાણીથી ફ્લશ કરો અને તેને પાઇપ કનેક્શન પોર્ટ (પાંસળીની વચ્ચે આપવામાં આવે છે) પર મોટા ઓપનિંગ સાથે ટ્રેપમાં બદલો. જો ટોપલીને પાછળની તરફ બદલવામાં આવે, તો કવર ટ્રેપ બોડી પર ફિટ થશે નહીં.
4. ઢાંકણની રિંગને સાફ કરો અને તપાસો; ટ્રેપ કવર પર ફરીથી ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરો.
5. ટ્રેપ બોડી પર રીંગ ગ્રુવ સાફ કરો અને ઢાંકણ બદલો. ઢાંકણને ચોંટી ન જાય તે માટે, તેને ફક્ત હાથથી જ કડક કરો.
6. પંપને પ્રાઇમ કરો (ઉપર પ્રાઇમિંગ સૂચનાઓ જુઓ).

As original purchaser of this equipment have purchased from Emaux Water Technology Co Ltd. through Authorized International Distributor or Dealer, warrants its products free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during warranty period. The warranty period begins on the day of purchase and extends only to the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from you. It excludes all expendable parts. During the warranty period, Emaux authorized reseller will repair or replace defective parts with new parts or, at the option of Emaux, serviceable used parts that are equivalent or superior to new parts in performance. This Limited Warranty extends only to products purchased from Emaux authorized reseller. Does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective.
